Listen to this week’s SP as my Chef Series features Pt. 1 of  Chef Adam Hayes of The Grand Bohemian’s Red Stag Grill of  in Asheville!  What genuine fun it was to interview this NC boy– a charming chatterbox of a chef – Ha!    It’s because he is absolutely passionate about North Carolina and everything he does in the kitchen, with the farmers, the kids, & the community.  He’s also a music hound so you know I love that. You might be surprised at one of his pairings, revealed  on this Sunday’s show.  His creative culinary skills come to the forefront once again for Competition Dining’s Final Fire in Raleigh 11/22 & the experience has been nothing but exciting for him and he’s “ready to rock it”!   Indeed.  (The actual Final Fire event is sold out, but you can follow all the searing action as it happens on Twitter #compdiningnc.)
